A group of marine biologists, zoologists, and cetologists from the Université Paris-Saclay, Université d’Antananarivo and Ambodiforaha Sainte Marie has found an unbelievable parallel between human infants, and child humpback whales.

Within the examine revealed in Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Organic Sciences, the scientists connected cameras with multi-sensory tags to eight humpback whale calves off the coast of Sainte Marie Island, Madagascar, after which analyzed the sounds they made throughout varied contexts, similar to feeding or play.
