Choice on Taking Countermeasures In opposition to U.S. Navy Corporations and Senior Executives – sUAS Information

(Issued on October 10, 2024 as Decree of the Ministry of Overseas Affairs of the Folks’s Republic of China No.13, efficient as of October 10, 2024)

Not too long ago, the U.S. made an announcement on offering substantial army help to China’s Taiwan area. This critically violates the one-China precept and the three China-U.S. Joint Communiqués, interferes in China’s inner affairs, and undermines China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. Pursuant to Articles 3, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 15 of the Regulation of the Folks’s Republic of China on Countering Overseas Sanctions, China hereby decides to take countermeasures towards the next U.S. army corporations and senior executives:

For the three corporations as listed within the connected Checklist of Targets of Countermeasures, i.e., Edge Autonomy Operations LLC, Huntington Ingalls Industries Inc. and Skydio Inc.:

Their movable and immovable properties, and other forms of property inside China shall be frozen; 

All organizations and people inside China shall be prohibited from participating in transaction, cooperation and different actions with them.

For the ten senior executives as listed within the connected Checklist of Targets of Countermeasures, i.e., Steven Roger Rudder, Founder, Stick Rudder Enterprises LLC; James William Ickes II, Vice President, Sierra Nevada Company; David Keith Sutton, Director for Asia, Lockheed Martin; Yeong-Tae Pak, Vice President, AeroVironment; Patrick Edward Jankowski, Director, Technique & Coverage INDOPACIFIC Packages, Northrop Grumman Company; John Purvis, Former Chief Government Officer, Edge Autonomy Operations LLC; Josh Brungardt, Chief Working Officer, Edge Autonomy Operations LLC; Christopher Douglas Kastner, President and Chief Government Officer, Huntington Ingalls Industries Inc.; Adam Bry, Co-founder and Chief Government Officer, Skydio Inc.; and Tom Moss, Common Supervisor, APAC, Skydio Inc.:

Their movable and immovable properties, and other forms of property inside China shall be frozen.

All organizations and people inside China shall be prohibited from participating in transaction, cooperation and different actions with them.

They shall be denied visas or entry into China (together with Hong Kong and Macao).

This resolution shall come into pressure as of October 10, 2024.
